Service schedule & access
Three evening visits each week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, between 6 and 9 p.m. Pricing allows for 13 visits per average month. Interior-glass detail is completed once a month. Confirm access arrangements, holidays and the first service date before work begins.
Scope notes & exclusions
Includes routine vacuuming and mopping, cleaning of two restrooms, the staff kitchen, bins and touch points, plus monthly interior-glass detail. The initial deep clean is priced separately below. Consumable restocking, exterior windows, high-access work and specialist floor treatments are excluded.
Payment terms
Monthly services are billed at the start of each service month and due within 15 days. The initial deep clean is billed once, with the first monthly invoice. Additional work requires an agreed written scope and price before it is scheduled.
Additional terms
The office provides safe access, water and electricity during agreed service hours. Report service concerns within one business day so they can be reviewed promptly. This worked example uses illustrative inputs to demonstrate SweepTally; it is not a customer engagement or an offer to perform cleaning services.
