FREE PACKET

A cleaning bid template both sides can use.

Copy this packet into a SweepTally request or an RFP. Send the same fields to every company. Contractors can answer it in SweepTally. SweepTally delivers the request; it does not award the contract.

Property

Address or area (you may omit the exact unit until a walkthrough). Property type: house, apartment common areas, office, medical, school, restaurant, warehouse or post-construction. Included floor area if known, plus restroom count and kitchen/break count.

Service

Requested days and access window. Recurring or one-time. Supplies: contractor or customer. Alarm, escort or PPE rules. Parking and dumpster location.

What you want priced as separate lines

Each-visit cleaning. Weekly or monthly detail (glass, high dust, machines). One-time extras (move-out, post-construction, carpet, windows, hoods). Optional initial deep clean. Tax treatment: the contractor remains responsible for verifying tax.

What you should receive back

Visits per average month, task list with frequencies, exclusions, planned hours if the contractor will share them, monthly price, any initial charge, insurance certificate, and who supervises. A SweepTally proposal is one way to send that; any clear document works.
