From payment to your first proposal.

  1. Choose your license and check out securely with Stripe.
  2. Download your licensed package from the confirmation page or delivery email.
  3. Unzip and open SweepTally-Pro.html. Your access key is already included; LICENSE-KEY.txt is your backup.
  4. Upload your company logo, choose a template and colors, then add your scope, price and terms. Review the finished proposal and save a PDF to send.

What happens after 12 months?

Annual editing and proposal exports stop when the license expires. Your saved estimates and previously exported documents remain yours. The app still lets you download a backup of your saved portfolio. A new annual purchase provides another 12 months from its payment date, or you can choose perpetual access.

A clear fit for your business.

Prices are USD; sales tax, if applicable, is separate. Use a current desktop browser that supports local HTML files, secure cryptography and downloads. Estimates are stored on your device; keep regular backups. Automatic cloud sync, crew scheduling and e-signatures are not included.

The tax builder calculates from the rate and taxable services you verify for the service address. ZIP codes help you locate the jurisdiction; they do not establish a tax rate or exemption by themselves.

QuickBooks export requires a US account with native invoice import, no sales-tax setup and an existing USD customer. Review the accounting requirements before importing.
