Purchase or download help
Use purchase recovery with the same email you entered at Stripe checkout. Check your spam folder. If your payment is still processing, retry the confirmation page; do not buy a second copy.
Open your Pro app
Download and unzip the package, then open SweepTally-Pro.html in a current desktop browser. Follow START-HERE.txt. Your purchase license is included and activates when you open the app. The $199 license expires one year after payment; the $349 Pro v1 license has no expiration. No automatic rebilling. You can paste the key from LICENSE-KEY.txt under Manage license.
My annual license expired
Editing and proposal exports stop at expiration. Your saved data stays on your device; Recover saved portfolio downloads a backup. A new annual purchase starts a fresh 12-month term at payment. Keep your device clock accurate.
Where are my estimates?
Saved estimates belong to the browser and device where you saved them. Keep the app in a stable folder, export a JSON backup after important changes and before clearing browser data. Use Import backup to restore a valid portfolio. Opening the app on another device does not automatically move your saved estimates.
