Terms for using SweepTally.

SweepTally is a business in the Pytrel Systems LLC family. By using the Site, Proposal Builder, Pro offline package, or checkout flow, you agree to these terms.

1) What you can use

We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software and templates for your service business, your teams, and your own pricing workflows. You may not resell the package or expose internal customer access keys. You can use your own logo, colors, border style and tax setup in the included proposal builder.

2) Free and paid access

The free tools are available for general use without an account. The paid Pro package includes editable saved estimates, proposal exports, backups, tax-aware quote scenarios, and the license activation key. We sell one annual plan and one perpetual plan.

• Annual: $199, subscription term starts on payment and covers 12 months.
• Perpetual: $349 one-time purchase with no expiration.

3) Payments and fulfillment

All checkout and card processing is performed by Stripe. A valid paid checkout session is required before delivery is started. We send delivery messages to the checkout email and store only verified, minimal operational data needed for fulfillment.

4) Access keys and software use

The downloadable package includes a license key and activation flow. You must keep your activation key private and avoid sharing it publicly. You are responsible for preserving backups of your estimates and proposal data on your own systems.

5) Eligibility and compliance

You agree to use the service lawfully and not to upload confidential client data you are not authorized to process. You remain responsible for tax handling, local labor classification, and contract terms used with your own customers.

6) Support and updates

We publish updates and provide support through this site and support email. We may improve and refine the tools as part of ongoing operations. If an annual license expires, access to editing and proposal exports stops when the term ends.

7) Disclaimer

Outputs, examples and cost illustrations are planning tools only and do not guarantee commercial outcomes. You are responsible for final pricing, service scope and customer agreement terms.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither SweepTally nor Pytrel Systems LLC is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages related to estimates, customer outcomes, lost business, or tax results.
