SweepTally is a business in the Pytrel Systems LLC family. This page explains how we handle information when you use the workbench, purchase Pro or request support.
Costing and client details
Calculations run in your browser. The preview does not save your estimates. Pro stores saved estimates in browser storage on your device. SweepTally does not upload task details, wages, client names, notes or costing backups to its server. Exported backups contain that information, so store them privately.
Purchases and delivery
Stripe handles checkout and payment information. SweepTally’s delivery server checks the payment status and uses the checkout email to send a private download link through its transactional email provider, Resend. The fulfillment database stores Stripe session IDs, delivery status and rate-limit hashes. Pending email jobs also hold the destination email and private access message so retries send the same content. The queued message is cleared after the email provider accepts it. Card details and estimate content are not stored there.
Private access links grant access to your purchase. Do not forward them. Recovery requests return a generic response and send any qualifying link only to the original checkout email.
Technical requests
The hosting service and payment or email providers can process request metadata such as IP addresses, timestamps and browser information in operating their services. The application adds no advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics. The site loads fonts during normal page delivery; the offline Pro file contains its own code and styles.
Control and deletion
You can remove Pro’s local data through your browser’s site-data settings after exporting a backup. Deleting a downloaded file does not necessarily clear browser storage. Purchase records are governed separately by Pytrel Systems LLC’s and Stripe’s obligations. For privacy requests, contact ops@pytrel.com.
