HEALTHCARE EXAMPLE

Medical office cleaning is high-touch time, not extra square feet.

This example is an outpatient clinic: waiting room, six exam rooms, two restrooms and a small lab, weekday evenings. Disinfection minutes are labor you enter — SweepTally is not an infection-control program. Demonstration inputs only.

Exam rooms multiply

Fourteen minutes in six rooms is 84 person-minutes before the waiting room exists. If a bidder prices “the suite” as if it were an office of the same footage, the exam rooms are unpaid. Buyers should ask for a per-room line.

Products and protocols stay yours

Which disinfectant, contact time and isolation-room rule you follow is a clinical and contractual decision. Put the required products in supplies and the extra minutes in the task. Do not expect software to certify the protocol.

Common questions

Does this meet hospital-grade sanitation rules?

No claim is made. It is an estimating example for an outpatient office. Hospitals and sterile areas need their own specifications.

Can patients hire a cleaner here?

A clinic can [request participating companies](/find-a-cleaner). SweepTally is not the cleaning provider.

Should medical work use a higher wage?

Often, because of training and hours. Enter the wage you actually pay. This example uses $24 as an illustration.
