Ask which floor is included

Aisles only, or under racking? Who dumps hoppers? Is the yard in scope? Industrial customers often assume production areas are excluded until a complaint. Write the included area on the proposal.

Quarterly high dust is its own job

Rack-face and overhead dusting does not belong in every night’s minutes. This model uses a quarterly line. If the plant requires it monthly, change the frequency — do not hide it.

Common questions

Can I convert this to a per-square-foot price?

You can divide the monthly price by included area after the takeoff. Starting from a footage rate skips restrooms and dock time. See [square-foot versus task-based](/square-foot-vs-task-based-cleaning-rates).

Does Takeoff support warehouses?

Yes. Warehouse is a supported property type.

Will SweepTally staff my warehouse?

SweepTally does not supply a crew. You can [request participating companies](/find-a-cleaner) for warehouse work.
