What people mean by “AI takeoff”
In general contracting, takeoff is quantities from plans. Vendors now sell models that detect walls and finishes on a drawing. In cleaning, the drawing often does not tell you occupancy, restroom traffic, security delays or whether the kitchen is in scope.
A photo of a living room does not know whether you wipe baseboards, change linens or skip the garage. Automatic measurement without a confirmed scope is a guess with a confident UI.

Not as automatic plan or photo measurement. It is a deterministic estimator from contractor-entered scope and rates. No AI key is required.
Can I upload a floor plan?
You can store reference photos. You still enter the included area and services. The file is not converted into a BIM takeoff.
