Two products, one estimating method
The free workbench is a public calculator for recurring commercial bids, margin and renewal math. SweepTally Pro is a $199 12-month or $349 perpetual download you keep on your computer.
SweepTally Takeoff is the web workspace: house, apartment, office and warehouse intake, Excel workbooks, branded proposals, customers and accepted jobs. It is $99 per month or $999 per year, billed separately from Pro.
What “estimating software” has to get right
Person-minutes, not just clock time. Frequencies that do not double-count monthly work. Loaded wages. Supplies, equipment and overhead that belong to the account. A customer proposal that hides internal cost. Those rules are in the estimating guide.
What this is not
Takeoff is not automatic photo takeoff, QuickBooks live sync, Google Calendar sync or multi-crew dispatch. Customers looking for a cleaner use the separate SweepTally network; companies can publish a profile without buying Takeoff. Limits are in the terms.
Common questions
Is there a free janitorial estimator?
Yes. The online workbench and the three calculators are free and do not require an account. They do not save estimates. Saving, Excel workbooks and the job workspace are paid products.
Do I need an AI subscription?
No. SweepTally does not require an AI key. Takeoff calculates from the scope and rates you confirm.
Can my crew use it in the field?
The SweepTally mobile app is free to download for walkthrough capture, finding cleaners and network messages. Takeoff and Pro workspaces still need their own access.
