JOBS AFTER THE BID

Cleaning project management starts with a priced scope.

Most “cleaning PM software” mixes CRM, scheduling and invoicing. SweepTally Takeoff keeps the priced estimate, the customer, the accepted job and the appointment together. It is not a multi-crew resource planner and it does not sync Google or Outlook calendars.

The job is the estimate you already sold

If the proposal was vague, the project plan is vague. Takeoff turns an accepted estimate into a numbered job with the same scope. That is project management for a cleaning contractor: know what was promised, when the visit is, and whether it was completed and invoiced.

What ships today

Takeoff can keep customer records, send a branded proposal with a private review link, accept the job, hold an appointment, record completion, invoices and payments, and export Excel. Scheduling is one accepted visit per job in the current product, not an automatically billed weekly series.

What to buy elsewhere if you need it

Live payroll, GPS clock-in, multi-crew optimization and calendar OAuth are not included. If those are the product you searched for, SweepTally will not pretend to be that suite. Use it for takeoff and the job record; keep specialized dispatch tools if you already run them.

Common questions

Is SweepTally a full field-service PM platform?

No. It is estimating plus a connected job record after acceptance. Read the Takeoff page for the exact workflow.

Does it schedule recurring commercial stops automatically?

Not as an automatic series. Planned frequency informs the estimate; each accepted job is one visit in the current release.

Can I run payroll in SweepTally?

No. Wages and burden are estimating inputs. Payroll remains your payroll system.
