Rough, progressive and final are different takeoffs
A rough clean after trades, a progressive clean during finishes, and a final clean are not the same minutes. Bid each phase. If the builder wants all three, list three prices.
Dust is labor, not a courtesy
Vents, tracks, top of trim and a second pass after HVAC purge are where final cleans overrun. Put them in the task list. The what is cleaning takeoff page is the same method with a different inventory.

Should I use weekly frequency for a final clean?
No. Use one visit, or separate visits for rough and final.
